Room based editing
Hi, It would be useful to allow some room-orientated editing of racks. At this time to edit the slots in a group of racks within a room I must select a rack from the Racks view, apply my changes, and then return to the Racks view to find the next rack within the same room. In my case I have 13 racks, so my table of racks is two pages long and is unordered by default. It would be useful to be able to select and edit other racks within the same room without having to go back into the Racks view again. Additionally it would be useful if the Racks list was ordered alphabetically by default. Many thanks!

Rack slot key-value pairs
To facilitate grouping rack devices, can you add in a key-value pair box which allows the user to input labels or parameters to classify and group the systems? An example would be where I could create multiple key-value pairs for slot devices such as: … The database of key-value pairs should be available to all devices and all rooms and be available to be added to or applied through a drop-down menu in the slot editing view. Key-value pairs should also be searchable (or groupable) so that the locations of each resource can be seen and exported. For example if I wanted to see where all of my AMD systems are, it would show the racks with the device position highlighted in something similar to the rack comparison view (from where I could then export the rack configuration, or export the rack slot configuration). The key-value pair should also be exported into CSV, JSON. This would be a super addition as it would allow for very dynamic views of the inventory.

Room View - Export rack slot configuration
Hi! Could I suggest in the Room View that you add the option to export the complete rack slot configuration directly into PDF/CSV (as a “room export”)? This option might also work well when racks are filtered in the Rack Comparison view.
